History
Proserv started strictly as a service company in 1988 but quickly began to receive calls for new applications. After several months of modest profits in the service department we decided to take on these projects our customers were calling on us for. We soon began to outgrow our facility and decided to upgrade and move our manufacturing facility across town into a larger building so we could build the capacities and spans our customers were requiring. Not stopping there we soon opened our parts department and started to distribute to end users and other service companies. As our competitors were struggling to stay competitive Proserv continued to grow because of our reputation for quality and customer service.
In 2000 Proserv built the manufacturing facility we now call home. The facility is a total of zxxx square feet taking up x acres and includes corporate, parts, service and manufacturing. In 2004 Proserv saw a competitor struggling in today’s competitive economy and didn’t hesitate to acquire. So in 2004 Proserv was proudly the owner of Anchor crane and hoist which started in 1969. Between the two of us we have put well over 15000 cranes in service and as of today are annually adding about 750 cranes. With the acquisition of Anchor we virtually doubled our manufacturing capacity allowing us to more easily meet our customer demanding deadlines. We are proud of the company’s growth and look forward to continued expansion.
